The Comfomatic £1000 Prize Draw

1.  This prize draw is open to UK residents over the age of 18, excluding employees of Comfomatic Ltd, their family, their agents or any supplier connected to Comfomatic Ltd.
2. There will be two Prize Draws. The draws will take place on the working day immediately following the 30th June and the 31st December 2025.
3. Entry into the draw is free, there is no purchase necessary. You may enter by completing and returning an entry form, by completing the entry form at www.comfomatic.com or by telephoning and registering your entry on 08000 807806. By entering the draw, you indicate your agreement to these terms and conditions.
4. Depending on the date of entry, respondents will be entered into either the June or December prize draws.
5. To qualify for the most current draw, entries must be received by 5pm on the dates shown at 2 above.
6. No liability can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Only one person per household may enter and multiple entries are not permitted.
7. The winner will be the first correctly completed entry (which must include a UK residential address and daytime contact telephone number) selected at random from all entries received.
8. Comfomatic Ltd is not responsible for any printing, production, typographical, transmission or other errors or failures.
9. The prize is £1000, it must be paid into a bank account held in the prize draw winners name, this can be a join account, but the winner must be an account holder.
10. Winners will be notified by telephone or post. Comfomatic Ltd will deem to have served notice of winning, upon the winner if such notice is mailed to the address shown on the entry. The date of service will be three calendar days after posting. Winners must claim their prize within 28 days of service, prizes not claimed within 28 days shall be forfeited
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into other than with winners. To request the name of winners, send a prepaid self-addressed envelope to Prize Draw Winner, Comfomatic Ltd Unit 15 Turnstone Business Park, Mulberry Avenue, Widnes, WA8 0WN.
