We will arrange for a prompt delivery and installation of your product, with most products being delivered within days by our own teams.
When we arrive, we will move your existing bed or chair to any location within your home. We can even remove the existing bed or chair and arrange for it to be recycled.
All that you need to do is ensure that there is an electricity supply.
We will professionally install your bed or chair and give you a full demonstration of how to use it. near to the position of the bed or chair (or a suitable extension lead), open the door and relax, because you chose a first class service.
Once you get used to your new Comfomatic bed or chair, we are confident that you will soon begin to wonder how you got on without it. So, it’s important to know that if things go wrong, we are here to help you.

As premium products, our Buckingham, Sandringham and Windsor beds together with our High Leg Lift and Deluxe chairs, come complete with our three year premium product guarantee. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
There is also no need to take out extended warranties*. Our premium range products are designed to last, we are so confident in these products that subject to our guarantee terms and conditions, providing you are the original customer and Comfomatic service your product on an annual basis, for which a fee will be charged, we will continue to repair or replace any mechanical or electronic parts that become defective free of charge for so long as those parts are commercially available.
If you are entitled to this extended guarantee and we are unable to repair or replace any electronic or mechanical part because of unavailability, Comfomatic will provide you with the following discounts against its current model ranges.
