Our site is intended for use by people resident in mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We do not accept orders where delivery is required to locations outside mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland, more information on our delivery locations please contact us on 0151 559 1140. - 2. After placing an order online and clicking “complete order”, we will take payment for your order; you will then receive an email from us acknowledging that we have safely received and accepted your order. The contract between us (our Contract) will only be made when we send you the email confirming acceptance of your order.

We aim to despatch all orders within 5 days of acceptance of the order but give no guarantee of delivery within this period. If you are in a remote area, delivery may take a little longer. - 5. RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your purchase from our store however, in addition to your statutory rights, if you have changed your mind, you can return your product within 14 days. Product must be unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. We will offer a full refund on the bases that this policy is followed. You have a right to cancel any purchase made via this website without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day after the goods are received to you. The right of cancellation is provided so that you have a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods, you should not use the goods during this period. If you use the goods or if the goods are devalued by excessive handling by you, we will make a deduction from the refund, for loss in value. We will make any refund due without any undue delay and not later than 14 days after we receive the goods back from you.For hygienic reasons bedding is supplied within sealed packaging, you will lose the right of cancellation or have no right of cancellation if you breach or remove the hygiene packaging following delivery.
