This provides protection against failure due to structural defects, faulty workmanship, defective materials, most types of accidental damage and stains.
In addition to your first-year manufacturers guarantee, bath lifts come with a three-year Mark Bates Ltd, insurance backed warranty. This provides protection against most types of accidental damage and covers electrical or mechanical breakdown in years two and three. All warranties and guarantees are subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions which are set out in the instruction manual and policy documents provided to you on delivery.
