Comfomatic Ltd is committed to keeping its customers and team safe during the coronavirus outbreak. We follow the latest government updates and have completed COVID-19 Secure for 2020 risk assessments, you can see our risk assessment and a leaflet for customers here or view our safety certificate here.

We also recognise that the need for our products and services has not gone away, in fact the need has increased. We are now operating a reduced service we apologise in advance for any delay this may cause.

Q1. CAN I STILL ORDER A BROCHURE?

Yes, please use our usual channels to order brochures here.

Q2. CAN I ARRANGE FOR A HOME VISIT?

Yes, we recognise that our products make a real difference to the quality of life, to independence and to mobility and so we want to be able to help you.

We are complying with strict government guidelines for working in other people’s homes. So, if you are shielding or have symptoms of coronavirus within your home, we will not be able to attend your home unless it is to remedy a risk to the safety of your household.

Your safety and the safety of our team are our top priority. We have completed risk assessments for working in other people’s homes. Please see our leaflet about visiting your home and risk assessment.

Q3. ARE YOU ABLE TO DELIVER PRODUCTS

We are complying with strict government guidelines for working in other people’s homes. So, if you are shielding or have symptoms of coronavirus within your home, we will not be able to attend your home unless it is to remedy a risk to the safety of your household.

If none of these apply, we are now able to deliver our products. There may be some delay in delivering certain products, but we can discuss this with you at the point of purchase.

Q4. ARE YOU STILL ABLE TO REPAIR PRODUCTS?

We are complying with strict government guidelines for working in other people’s homes. So, if you are shielding or have symptoms of coronavirus within your home, we will not be able to attend your home unless it is to remedy a risk to the safety of your household.

If none of these apply, we are offering a reduced service, we are prioritising this service in terms of need so please be patient. Please contact our customer service team on 0151 559 1140.

Q5. IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AVAILABLE
